A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool goes to the outside provider that operates it. We do not store or log those query terms on our systems. The provider’s policy governs its handling of the search.
Messages
Emails and contact messages are kept as needed to reply and manage the exchange. We do not share them outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Technical Visit Data
Standard server, analytics, and advertising systems may record basic details when a page loads:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version

- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring page, when supplied
- Date and time stamps

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may ask through the Contacts page for deletion.
